Secure video conferencing for professionals who need better protection for their client calls and video conferencing.

Cloud-based video conferencing services owned and operated by players outside Sweden run a very high risk of being intercepted by unauthorized persons, for example, actors from countries that have mandatory legislation to allow intelligence activities against customers in both their own home country and their activities in other countries.

In addition, there is a very high risk of systematic eavesdropping in the supply chain between you and services that are located abroad and that pass a long line of uncertain delivery routes, meaning that the risk of leakage of business-sensitive information from video conferencing meetings is extremely high and can lead to major business and liability damages for your own business, as well as harmful information leakage for clients, customers and suppliers who participate in video meetings with your business.

Arxlight Meet is primarily aimed at the following target groups:

PROFESSIONAL GROUPS with statutory requirements for responsibility to protect their client conversations against unauthorized eavesdropping, such as priests, health care, social services, teachers, counselors, psychologists, lawyers, bank officials and auditors. COMPANIES that are particularly vulnerable to eavesdropping and cyber attacks, for example, are listed companies and / or companies active in banking and finance, payment services, insurance, the pharmaceutical industry, suppliers in the defense sector, telecom companies that handle customers 'data and call traffic, and IT companies that directly or indirectly take care of other companies' internal IT security.
SOCIAL CRITICAL ACTIVITIES in the public sector that procure more secure video conferencing services according to LOU or LUFS.

Misuse of our service is prevented by only allowing meeting organizers who identify themselves securely with BankID and who, when inspected, can prove employment within companies, professional group or activity that has justified the need for increased protection for its video conferencing. Hence, we reserve the right to refuse and the right to shut down users where such a need cannot be substantiated.

Meeting participants are identified by personal invitation via e-mail and thus do not need to use BankID, unless this is requested by the meeting organizer.

No one can guarantee 100% security, but Arxlight Meet gives you far better conditions to protect your video meetings from unauthorized eavesdropping. Some examples of advantages compared to common alternatives, with the reservation that some differences may change over time, of which the following differences are reconciled as of 2021-05-07:

Arxlight Meet is a stand-alone system, without any integrations with other systems. This is to minimize the risks of information leaks to unauthorized persons (for example, user information, calendar information and audio and video from your conferences). For local installations of Arxlight Meet, APIs are available for account management and monitoring in your own organization.

Calls over PSTN (fixed or mobile telephone network) are also not allowed in Arxlight Meet, as such open and unencrypted telephone calls make it easy for unauthorized and / or unknown participants to eavesdrop on the entire video conference.

Future features in demand:

A secure file sharing service has been requested by several users. We are currently investigating the possibilities of being able to provide such a function as cloud service and / or local service, but we have not yet made a decision on this issue.
